How to find the right seat height.
While the bike is fairly small roughly 2 x 4 you will need a good amount of distance to your sides and overhead in order to do the arm exercises and stretches on the bike.
We recommend a minimum ceiling height of 8 to ensure riders have adequate headroom.
To set you saddle height sit on the bike unclip and place your heel in the middle of the pedal axle with it at the furthest point so that the crank is in line with the seat tube.
