Open Garage Door With Presence Sensor

The ridiculously automated garage door opener is very cool but i am wondering if anyone has developed a more simple version of it tailored for a presence sensor smartphone rather than a car or car door opening.

Can t determine that from iphone presence. I d say that s pretty much a daily event. That s good but brings back my original problem which garage door to open. You can either use your smartphone as a presence sensor and set up a geo fence around your home using the free smartthings app.
