We are currently hiring for the following positions. One roof has proven strategies that bring multiple agencies partners and funding resources together to both redevelop portions of the aging housing stock and to develop new housing products to meet the needs of younger and older working households. Keeping families together is an innovative program bringing together housing providers and child welfare agencies to strengthen society s most vulnerable families and protect their children.

History one roof was founded in 2012 through the merger of neighborhood housing services founded in 1983 and northern communities land trust founded in 1991. These classes will remain free until the time at which our regular in person classes commence. The community land trust program is just one resource provided by one roof community housing. Together we offer the community 60 years of experience in providing housing services and building and sustaining affordable homes and healthy neighborhoods.
